    I had the pleasure of having ******* come out with B.C HVAC and the experience was exceptional start to finish.They were on time (unlike most), extremely professional, and transparent about the entire process. The technician arrived exactly on time, diagnosed the issue with my furnace quickly, and had it fully serviced in about 45 mins all while explaining everything thoroughly.What really stood out was their honesty and follow-up right after the service; helping me with the Fortis B.C service rebate. They didnt try to upsell me or push anything, which usually is the case with most.This is a company that clearly values integrity, customer care at a affordable cost, and long-term relationships, I must have spoken to the owner for atleast 25 minutes and he explained options for putting in a air conditioner in which I inquired.I highly recommend B.C HVAC to anyone looking for reliable, clean, and a team that really cares.I'd give them more then 5 stars if I could, would use them again without hesitation.
