    I had the pleasure of working with Coast Mountain Roof last week and let me tell you they went above and beyond my expectations. Right from the first conversation I had with them, I knew I was in good hands. I needed a whole roof replacement as I had old shingles on there 20+ years old, and I had no idea where to start or what questions to ask. They sent out an estimator (****) who took his time to walk me through all my options. The communication was on point, and I was never left wondering what was going on or where we were at. They even went as far as tarping off all common areas to minimize mess and speed up their daily clean-up and to lay plywood down to cover my freshly paved driveway. All of the team at Coast Mountain Roof were friendly on site and from the office, the ladies were wonderful also. They all made dealing with Coast Mountain Roofing extremely easy. I would highly recommend these guys, and if I ever need a new roof, siding, or maintenance, they will be my first and only call.

    Entire roof and skylight replacement. Leaky skylight after first rainfall. Replaced twice and still leaking. 5 soft spots repaired after 2 years and charged for it! CHEAP liner used that is shrinking creating bubbles and ripples. This roof is less than 10 years old. Replacement for this roof $35K, not including a new skylight. Not able to submit this review with NO stars.

    I requested an free estimate on their website. Two individuals showed up and spent about 20 minutes cleaning some **** off a small patch on my roof and informed me the repairs would cost $1200. I did not follow up as I felt the price was excessive. At the end of the month I received an invoice for $340 for a repair call out fee! No repairs had been done! So much for a free estimate!
