I was very impressed with the efficient and professional personnel at High Definition Roofing. Starting with the excellent help choosing the roofing, right to the people delivering the roof material, all the installers, the protection of my property/plants, the clean-up and follow through with inspection and photos of the completed project all done within just over 2 days, left me a very happy customer. They were all more than willing to help and answer any questions I had. I was also impressed with the discount given to seniors.

5 starsHigh Definition Roofing is a very professional team. From Kendall in the office to the work crew and Nate who did the final inspection of the work. The crew arrived on time and set to work like busy beavers and finished the garage roof in record time. The crew did a great job of the roof and left the work site clean. Everyone was respectful. Kendall stayed in contact with us throughout the process relaying what steps were being taken and what to expect. We recently had our roof replaced by High Definition Roofing Ltd who did an excellent job and our new roof looks absolutely beautiful. From our first contact with Kendall in the office to the completion of our roof by foreman Ryder and his crew we knew we were in the very best of hands. Every day, every step of the way, we were impressed by their meticulous attention to detail and their professionalism. We are so very glad we chose High Definition Roofing Ltd for our roofing project. Amazing to have a company who responded promptly to our calls, servicemen who always showed up as arranged and did exactly what the customer requested. Came for a roof, stayed for a Kendall! High Def has an office manager named Kendall and she is a rockstar. Kendall is incredibly attentive and patient. Her customer service is outstanding, she has strong attention to detail, she is organized and trustworthy. Kendall always goes the extra mile, and she made my experience a 10/10. You'll find me singing her praises from my new, shiny, Malarkey roof! I can't thank you enough, Kendall! As a woman navigating the roofing industry, I encountered some other companies who were condescending, however, everyone at High Definition treated me with respect. The crew is polite, friendly, and professional. The lead roofer Ryder has a great attention to detail and is thorough. If you need a new roof, High Definition is the best choice.
