            Filter queen representatives came to our home and completed their presentation- I did not feel respected as it was late and I wanted to put my daughter (*** ** ***)to bed: the representative stressed that both my self and spouse needed to be present for the presentation in an abrupt manner. The information they presented was misleading as they implied that over time the vacuum would be cost effective as the cost to buy a new cheap vacuum was$100/year- however the cost of the supplies which allow for the warranty was not included in that data. Immediately after purchasing the vacuum we were not satisfied with it/the purchase and attempted to return it- I called several times and my spouse called several times to return it- our wishes were not respected. They did not process our return - therefore were dishonest about the return policy. Then later we had discontinued the yearly fees and our vacuum shaft broke- it was not replaced under the warranty which is frustrating *** ************. Overall this was a terrible customer service experience and I want ******************************************* ** ** ************ **** ***** ******* ** ********** ****** ** **********, lying about the option to return the product, refusing to respect return requests and providing data in a misleading way. Honestly I confided the purchase of this device as the largest mistake of my life - it has kept me up at night and still frustrates me to this day when I think about it- 7 years later.

            I own Majestic vacuum, and a Defender for the last 8+yrs plus bought a 2nd one last year and now own. I'm looking to hopefully try to get a 3rd Defender. They're great with answering questions you may have, great with arranging payment plans to work with your budget. Can leave a message by phone/email --- or both and get a call back in reasonable timing. Have any problems, they can help resolve them. I had a minor problem with one of my machines, and got it fixed with no time at all, and reasonable timing. I've also, mention, and try spreading when asked based in my experience and how I feel they have help - by their reps and with their products. Ive even gotten a chance to speak with the owner (big boss) and he was very nice, very helpful and just great to walk with along with ladies too that I've spoken with, as well. I love the machines???? Highly recommend!!!! The defender, you can feel/smell the air quality differences, from one room to another and the Majestic vacuum, I find picks up great, especially if you have pets plus can leave a scented smell if you add one in while plus of you cooking and need it both work great to help save the fire alarm and smoke down/cleared up, when you've something perhaps a little too long on the stove haha??
