      Radon west was very knowledgeable and professional in fixing the Radon in my home. From the estimate to the instal, it went very smoothly. ****** was amazing with her estimate and made me feel sure that I had made the right decision hiring this company. The instal went very well and ***** explained the process very well. They did an awesome job cleaning up and my radon levels went from very bad to very good, couldn't be happier thanks to a great team!!

      Professionalism, Experienced, Educational, Dedicated to their work are how I would describe Radon West. From the first visit by ****** to assess what I had already done to mitigate the Radon in our home, to the follow-up visit by ***** and ****** to install the mitigation system they exhibited these four traits consistently. Plus they were fun to work with and showed me places in my walls where I could replace the insulation with spray foam to better insulate from outside air coming in. I had been thinking of doing a DIY job to save money but after seeing how they approached the problem and the expertise they bring, it simply is not worth it. I did not know anything about the code regarding where one can vent a Radon mitigation system nor would I have been able to design a system so compact as they did to get the maximum efficiency out of such a quiet small fan. ***** was very enthusiastic in explaining the science behind what he was doing and how he was working out the pressure gradient in our basement in order to meet the design specs for the pressure they wanted to achieve for effective Radon venting to the outside. And the final job is so clean and compact that future basement renos would not be impacted.

      Radon West installed a radon mitigation system in our house on time and on budget. ****** was here for the pre-inspection, she was very thorough and pleasant to deal with. ****** was very informative through the whole process, taking great care and time to ensure we understood what we could expect from the system. The entire installation went smoothly and quickly, and the end result is a very professional product that not only looks great but performs great. I highly recommend the Radon West team to anyone considering radon mitigation.
