Recently, I broke my garage door by driving into it. Superior Overhead Services is the first one that can show up at my door and fix it. The technician was very easy to talk to, and seem knowledgeable.I have 2 garage doors. For one of them, he said the track was not installed correctly. We have to take everything down, and reinstall. That would be a big job to do. Also, he said rollers for the door are not good anymore. He had some good rollers, but cost a bit more. For the other door, it had the problem that it does not close when temperature rises. He said the operator seems broken. We should replace the operator which would also cost around $1000. I declined replacing the operator and reinstall the track. Those could cost me more than $1500. Usually wants to have a second opinion. At the end, I paid $800 for the repair, and I paid immediately. When I got the time review the invoice detail, the roller was charged $18 each. Garage rollers is usually between $4 to $6. Charging a markup is typical. However, charging 3x of the original price is not ethical. A few weeks after, one of the doors he repaired had one roller fall off. The other door he fixed still cannot close on a warm day. After calling another service provider, they fixed both doors. The door that could not close has two loose screws, instead of faulty operator which could cost me $1000 to replace. The door Superior Overhead Services fixed was not aligned. The cable missing a few loops on the drum. It has been weeks since the other service provider actually fixed my garage door. No issues occurred again.

Lets start this story where it began please. I came to your house as you said you drove through the door. I worked four hours doing the job and yes your rollers were destroyed. I find it highly unlikely one of the new ones fell off. You say you paid but you called the credit card company and stopped payment that we are still trying to get back. You were advised you needed new rollers and I told you the price up front about everything. Your doors had not run properly for quite some time by the looks of them. They were working perfectly when I left. I even offered to reimburse you 70 dollars before and you said its ok. I have the whole conversation on text still. I think you should perhaps tell the truth when you post negative reviews about companies.
