    I can't speak to Weed Patrols services on the ground and the quality of their products, but I assume they're fine based on the recommendations of friends who have used them and continue to use them. This review is strictly based on the Weed Patrol customer service I received from May 8 to 13, which, in my opinion, is lacking. The information provided over the phone by various associates regarding prices, aeration policies and product information was inconsistent and confusing. I tried to explain my dissapointment with these inconsistency to customer service via email and to my surprise the response from the associate was that I was better off choosing a different lawn care company for my 2023. Keep in mind that this response was sent after customer service enrolled my neighbour and I in their *************** Package with Aeration" and took my credit card information. It is clear that the concerns I had expressed in my email were not appreciated and received in a manner that resulted in the cancellation of my account by the associate without contacting me.When I called on May 18 to ask what in my email prompted them to cancel my account the bottom line I received was that they did not have to disclose that information and they have the right to choose who their customers are. I pride myself as being a calm and sensible individual. and this response and lack of explanation by Weed Patrols customer service was mind blowing. Was there miscommunication? Yes. Was the disspointment with the miscommunication brought to the attention of customer service? Yes. Should I have been cancelled as a customer for raising my concerns to customer services. No.
