Sale Conditions
- The unit price is per test. Tests are sold in boxes of 25. The cost of one box is 25 tests * unit price. (Exception: BTNX 5-pack is 5 tests/box, min order QTY is 1 box).
- Administration and use of the product are to be done as per procedures dictated by the manufacturer.
- Rapid Test & Trace Canada Inc. (RTTC) assumes no liability for the products. Any and all representations and warranties regarding the efficacy and/or accuracy of the products are those of the manufacturer.
- Customer is responsible for implementing a wider protocol, particularly if there is a positive test. RTTC is simply providing tests for that protocol.
- Orders placed by 3 p.m. EST will ship the next business day. Tests are typically received within 3-5 days of placing your order.
- Customer will have 24 hours from the shipper’s delivery confirmation to notify RTTC of any discrepancies with the order.
Limited Refund, No Exchanges
RTTC will provide a full refund if Customer cancels the order before it has shipped. No refund will be issued once the order has shipped. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If the Customer receives a defective item, please contact RTTC at [email protected] with details of the product and the defect, and we will help coordinate with the manufacturer.
