For us we do weekly payments with them. For us it is more manageable. We started out at $41.00 a week after a review with Energy for Less, our weekly payment dropped to $31.00 a week. We have had no issues at all.Review from Dale D

Horrible company to have supplying your home. The name should be Energy for More. I was away for a month and a half, to come home to a $465 bill. My house was shut down besides the furnace being on at 14c. Majority of the bill were the charges from them. FYI my house is only 935 sq feet. Avoid this company at all costs, youll save a ton of your hard earned money. Try to call themto no avail. They only respond by email, Im not sure but possibly a very small company that doesnt have staff to answer phones. Nevertheless terrible customer service. Ill be going to my MLA to complain.Energy for Less Response

I just reviewed your bill. Over $280 of your bill was for distribution costs. Those amounts will be the same no matter who you are dealing with. We can't change those. As for your electricity usage like like almost every company we do an estimate for your usage based on your past experience. Asked experience. So from September 5th to October 10th we estimated that you used **** kW hours. If you weren't actually there during that time then on your next bill when the actual reading takes place there will be an adjustment that will reduce that amount peryou're not a mount. So your portion of the bill will go down own because of that estimate. The distribution costs won't change though. I'm sorry you aren't happy with us but I maintain that you will pay less with us than you would with any other company. Your electricity cost with us is 7.4 cents per kilowatt hour. That is lower than anybody else you can find in the market right now.Review from Disgruntled

They are liers and theirs. I canceled with them on Friday, because they kept charging me for the same nsf fee they caused. They were to take it out on the 20th and took it on the 17th..... anyways. I canceled on Friday and today I got a congratulations you have been successfully hooked up with energy for less........ ummmm nope, so they canceled my Atco hook up and took it back...... without my consent and my authorization!!! That is not ok! They are horrible, avoid avoid avoid!!!Review from Cory T

Theyre absolutely lying about offering and guaranteeing the lowest rates. Theyre not even in the same ballpark as enmax. This is misleading and in my opinion disgraceful they get to advertise this, hopefully the better business bureau will hold this company accountable for their lies. People are choking on their bills right now and I personally am sick and tired of companies like this blatantly misleading people.Energy for Less Response

I have never in my life dealt with customer service so awful. ***** was absolutely awful. Refused to listen to my issues. Threatened to cut me off for being 3 days late paying my **** after having a year of perfect payment. I had to leave my house while I had Covid to go to the bank just so I wouldn't lose power. Today I brought up legalities as I had spoke to 311 for advice. To which she absolutely lost her mind. As a business owner I would never have someone so ignorant, manipulative and condescending working for me. Also this company likes to throw a huge **** at you every couple months saying oops sorry we didn't read the meter. Avoid this company at all costs!!Review from Ashley O

After reading the reviews and having only one with 5 stars and all the rest 0-1. I would never do business with Energy for Less. Billing and rates along with very poor customer service are the main reasons for signing up with them. When all are a complete dumpster fire I wouldn't touch them with a 100ft pole.This coming from someone who has been employed in the utility industry for over 20 years.I will be tossing the flyer I received today into the garbage. Always do your research.Energy for Less Response

The residential Energy industry has been hit hard with high prices in the past 2 years. As a result, clients are mad and we take the brunt of that anger much of the time. They don't realize which portions of their bills are determined by us, and which are determined by market forces. We keep records of every call and email and file it to each client. Almost all comments here related to poor service are simply not true. Clients are usually on hold for less than 90 seconds (that is our average at least) but they routinely say they can't get through. Our records show otherwise. We get signups daily from clients switching from other higher priced companies. That fact that you can see the negative reviews shows that we have a lot of clients, and we don't try and hide anything. I just wish reviews would have to be truthful.I'm sorry we can't have the chance to show you how much you could save with Energy For Less.Review from CRISTIAN M

I love it that I can get through to the call centre easily and quickly. I had to call in for a couple of reasons and they were able to solve my issues. Energy For Less has the best pricing for electricity and internet too.Energy for Less Response
