This company put in a well pump in Feb 2016. In May 2021 the pump stopped working. We called the company we have been working with the last few years and the pump was broken at the shaft and need to be replaced. It cost $2700. I called Clear Water Pump and was told there was a 5 year warranty on it. It is 3 months over. **** ******* called me back and was extremely rude and belittling to me on the phone and said they could do nothing for me since I didn't go back to then to have it replaced. Why would I go back to a place that put in a well that only lasted 5 years!!! My first pump last 20 years. This man and company have no idea what customer service is and could care less that their product failed after only 5 years. Not an ounce of professionalism from ****. I have never had to raise my voice to match another person's tone during a phone call. I would never recommend them to anyone. After reading their response below to other complaints I can see why the company is the way it is. I'm sorry I ever used them in the first place. Just horrible. The worst of the worst in customer service"
