    We have whole house water filtration system which includes a ** neutralized and Iron filter. Approximately two years ago we began to see a granular material in our water that causes the plumbing to become clogged. This first began after perimere water systems serviced our water ** neutralized. We originally thought it was sand and replaced our well pump, casing and pump filter. The problem continued and we began to work with Premier to problem solve and eliminate the problem. We eventually bypassed the water ** neutrizer and the problem was resolved. Premier agreed to remove the ** neutralizer and rebed our iron filter at no cost. **** (the owner of Premier ) told us that he could sell the ** neutralizer back to the manufacturer for $500 which would cover our cost for re-bedding the iron filter. However, the first service person arrived and didn't have the correct service information and thought he was supposed to replace the calctrate in the ** neutralized. He left without performing the agreed-upon service. We contacted the company and rescheduled the agreed-upon service. Three weeks later the service person arrived but refused to enter our home until we pay him in full for the service. We again tried to reach out to the company but they have not responded to our concern. We have reached an impasse and can no longer work with this company independently. We seek that to have the service we agreed upon completed or the company reimburse us the money for the defective neutralized and all plumbing expenses we paid for plumbing repairs related to this issue.

    If I could give them 0 stars I would. Tech came out today (a Friday) and turned one s**** on the head unit and said this whole unit is not even working then bypassed it by turning 3 ball valves. He was looking at the system for less than 5 minutes and I was charged $329.95 for it. We tried to call to dispute paying a service fee when nothing was actually serviced and he basically told me tough. Now my second floor has ***** water and the toilet wont flush and fill back up. And guess what? THEY'RE CLOSED FOR THE WEEKEND so now my ************ are to call a different plumber or to wait til Monday with no water pressure. AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS

    Hi *****,I do not normally tell a client to go on line and give us a 1 Star review, but told you to because you were so unreasonable. It would have been very easy for me to waive the service charge that you were quoted BEFORE we went to your house. Although it may be a bad business decision, I felt you did not deserve to have the charge waived.As discussed, these are the exact notes regarding the service call you requested by making a call to us:"01/24/22 (MB) ***** called asking for help. He reached out to us after finding our number on his equipment. He moved to the home in 2017 and never had it serviced. According to our records, the system has never been serviced since it was first installed back in 2006. He is planning on selling his house within the year but has been having issues with the well water and equipment. PLEASE EXPLAIN SYSTEM TO *****."When *** was at your house and determined that the system was not working, you did not want it fixed because you did not want to spend any money, you did not want any explanations because you did not want it fixed, and you did not want to pay Ray because you did not want it fixed.I'm sorry you feel that Ray did not deserve to be paid, but he was only trying to collect what you agreed to pay when YOU SET THE APPOINTMENT. He found that the system was not working do to neglect, which is not our fault.In the future, I wish you appreciate that the cost of other's time is no less valuable than yours.Thanks for listening.... ****
