On 4/7/2023 , I purchased and financed a 2008 **** Explorer through this company. Upon test driving the vehicle, there were a few transmission issues that were noted, and I was told that these issues would be resolved after purchasing the vehicle before picking up said vehicle the next week. One issue was the transmission was slipping out of 2nd and 3rd gear once in acceleration, Once I picked up my vehicle on or around 4/14/2023, I noticed that the transmission was still slipping out of 2nd and 3rd gear upon acceleration. I called and we set up and appointment for me to drop off the vehicle to have it looked at and resolved a second time. I dropped my car off for them to fix the issue the following week. They had the vehicle for 8 days, upon picking it up a second time, the issue was still not resolved. I called the company again, and set up a third appointment to have this transmission issue resolved. I dropped the car off 5/18/23, and was called on 5/25/23 and was told that the issue was resolved and the car could be picked up. I went to silhouette today, 5/26/23 to pick up my vehicle, and the issue is still not resolved. I am looking for some guidance in resolving this issue as I am currently making weekly car payments and unable to drive the car. I have owned this car for 6 weeks and they have had my car in the repair shop for a rough total of 3-4 weeks combined. This is poor customer service and I would like a resolution. Thank you.
