I purchased a timeshare with TWOTB on August 24, 2015. At that time I was assured by the salesman that if I needed to sell, there would be help from the company. I purchased the timeshare primarily to use the gym area, which was not shown to me in person, only in pictures. The gym was old and outdated, and access to the gym as part of the timeshare program stopped the year after I purchased the unit. At the time of purchase, I was shown a time share unit that was VERY UNLIKE the one I ended up purchasing. The year following the purchase of the timeshare, my son became ill and I needed to take several months off from work. I called TWOTB to ask about selling my timeshare. I spoke to the same salesman who sold me the timeshare and was referred to a company that would handle this transaction for me. I paid $699 to this company for their help. Two months later, I received communication from TWOTB about another offer. I went to speak with them. It was at this time I was told that they do not help with selling the timeshare, and they did not endorse the company their employee had referred me to. Needless to say, I have never been able to sell my timeshare. I was unable to use a gym membership that was used as a sales gimmick. And now I am out several thousand dollars for a timeshare that I am no longer able to use. DO NOT PURCHASE TIMESHARES FROM THIS COMPANY. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
