      After being told for 8 months my bill would be adjusted because it was mistakenly doubled and some months tripled. I was lied to. Told a different story by 6 different people while trying for 4 hours to have my issue revolved because my service was disconnected! And sent to outside collection. Each time i explained I was told to hold on and hung up on than told there are no managers. Forced to pay 2300 to and proceed to straighten out the over charges at a latter date which I havent had resolved in the months of promises. My business stays closed while the turn it back on 2 days still closed and still no manager to speak with. Still no return calls and another day of 4 hours with consistent lies and being hung up, being told I have to just wait while it is turned on. Going into a busy weekend that I will be closed because of this companies incompetence, lies and mistakes. There was nothing in writing sent regarding this there were no phone calls or emails, no contact at all. They simply shut it off, and after paying them with a cc they didnt use it they instead used a debit card that I never gave them permission to have and over **** a bank account. All of this because of there incompetence and out right lies.

      I'm a netadmin for a corp with dozens of locations needing internet. Y'all, I didn't think it was possible, but these jokers are worse than Comcast.We inherited an office with Spectrum internet resold through Granite. We requested cancellation for a closing office, and were told we had to wait 45 days, despite the fact that Spectrum processes cancellations same day. We never did hear back from **************** aside from "We have created a ticket" but ******* over in their ********************** started harassing us for money all the same. When we complained about the level of service we were receiving and tried to dispute the $800 bill we were not expecting, ******* was more than happy to set us straight:"Its 808 dollars, get a grip. If you wanted spectrum then you should have gotten spectrum as a provider. [****************] gave you the explanation you requested. These charges are due and valid. Pay the balance or take a hit on your credit and get called by an outside collections agency 3 times a week.******* clearly stated that it was disconnected in February. That puts us well within the 45 days the *** allows. I will not tolerate emails like this. *************************** ******************** Analyst II"

      This company is difficult to deal with. Their internet isn't reliable. It's a very unfortunate situation to have to do business with these guys but i believe they have a monopoly that forces people to have to use them.

      The worst service provider I have ever dealt with. **************** is unresponsive, technical support are utterly useless and clueless. If I could I would give negative stars.

      There should be a NEGATIVE ****** STARS CHOICE.This has been the worst experience ever.We have been without a phone and WiFi system for months now. We're forced to use granite at this location no choice of our own, per the landlord which should be illegal. The least it could have a better experience. Our equipment did not change all we did is literally move across the hallway. Then the tell us after multiple trips our to our location with no fix, oh you're number is changed but still no dial tone so we need to send a tech back out. This is a commercial business how can you just change the number, this company is a joke.I told them, I don't care what it takes we need a working phone for the safety of our staff. Please note this has been a horrible experience.DO NOT USE GRANITE TELECOMMUNICATIONS!!!!

      Negative stars should be allowed. We cancelled our account back in September and I have multiple emails requesting a cancellation, but I am still getting charged. The initial service did not even work. What is going on there??? By far the worst company to work with. They will hand your account to so many different people to work on a problem that it will pass hands right back to the initial person you started with. Then they will tell you the whole thing has to get passed on to another rep like its Groundhogs Day. How on earth does anything get done there??

      The installation fee is $300, with an additional $50 for move-out costs. The service is both overpriced and subpar. The customer service department lacks competence, with inconsistent information provided by each representative. Service connection takes an excruciating 18 business days. Unfortunately, due to our business location in a shopping mall, there are no alternative options, as the company has an exclusive deal with mall management. They truly deserve no commendation, making them the worst company I've encountered. It's disheartening to witness such outdated management practices in 2023.

      If zero stars where available I would give them that. Horrible communication and follow through. They sell you very well but PLEASE don't fall for it. Whatever service you are with would be much better than this dumpster fire. Worse customer service I have ever experience both personally and professionally!!

      I got a call from *************** and respectfully told him we did not want his services with Granite and he was very aggressive and rude when I told him that. Base on the reviews below, I see why.

      Company installed a phone system for us but didn't provide documentation. Their installer also changed the password on the phone units from default so we have no access to them. The project manager at Granite (******************) is refusing to answer E-mails.Really disgusting experience.
