    Our small business moved to a mall and we reached out to Granite to transfer our phone line and provide high speed internet. We explained the nature of our business, including the ability to livestream video, and asked for a quote. We were quoted $350+tax for the phone and internet fast enough to handle our needs. We proceeded. They misled us into thinking we were signing a contract for phone and high speed internet. However, they actually only set us up for 10Mbps, which turned out to be so slow as we cannot even run one hardwired computer off it.The company sent out a tech to set it up, it wasn't working, another tech came, they sent the wrong equipment, etc. This continued on for almost a month. Finally the internet was set-up and a phone line established. However, the internet was so slow that it is literally useless and they failed to port our old phone number. We are not able to run one computer, and impossible to connect multiple devices and live-streaming as we explained we needed. When we requested that Granite increase the us to a high speed line (Which we specifically requested in our original request), we were told it would be $3000 a month. It is now clear that they were using deceptive pricing strategies to tie us into a 3 year contract as we never would have agreed to $3000/month for internet for our small business.In addition, we had been repeatedly requesting our original phone number to be ported and we were totally ignored until we threatened to file a complaint.We have gone back and forth via email. They said they were prepared to offer us the high speed internet as promised at a discounted rate. After a lengthy conversation, they followed by email saying they could only offer a bump in speed to 20Mbsp for $475/mo. My last email to them was 7 days ago asking (for the 4th time) that they annul the contract. Six of their people are on that thread and no one has responded. We want the contract annulled or to go to phone only.

    After being told for 8 months my bill would be adjusted because it was mistakenly doubled and some months tripled. I was lied to. Told a different story by 6 different people while trying for 4 hours to have my issue revolved because my service was disconnected! And sent to outside collection. Each time i explained I was told to hold on and hung up on than told there are no managers. Forced to pay 2300 to and proceed to straighten out the over charges at a latter date which I havent had resolved in the months of promises. My business stays closed while the turn it back on 2 days still closed and still no manager to speak with. Still no return calls and another day of 4 hours with consistent lies and being hung up, being told I have to just wait while it is turned on. Going into a busy weekend that I will be closed because of this companies incompetence, lies and mistakes. There was nothing in writing sent regarding this there were no phone calls or emails, no contact at all. They simply shut it off, and after paying them with a cc they didnt use it they instead used a debit card that I never gave them permission to have and over **** a bank account. All of this because of there incompetence and out right lies.
