After almost 30 years of doing business with Glamour Pools we are told they will no longer provide services to us.After many phone calls and repair expenses our repeated request for service in trying to get our pool (originally purchased and installed by Glamour Pools) up and running this year were met with contempt and indifference. All phone calls with ***** were filled with rants of how busy they were and how no one wanted to work. After many calls for service and assistance this was their solution. Today we received a call from ***** telling us that they will no longer be providing pool services to us after almost 30 years. When we asked why we were told it was Glamour Pools prerogative to do so. Is this how you choose to deal with us after all the business weve given you? Weve spent over $1,000.00 just this year trying to get the pool running. Instead of helping us you drop us with no legitimate reason. We have always paid our bills promptly so that is not the reason. Why are you treating long standing customers like this? I would like a reason other than because you choose to.******* *., *******, **
