Ordered shoes online from Shoes.com. Too big, so tried to return per their policy. Return shipping label included in the box had the Rockport address on it, so used it. Neither Shoes.com or Rockport would give me a refund. Each company kept referring me to the other. Very poor service from both. I would never buys shoes online again given the terrible service I received. Ended up out ~$80.00!Review from Joy

I want to report the cloud monster shoe company I purchased a shoe and give me a bad blister turn out cant walk for 2 days and I report to the company what happens to me and all they concern is return the shoe and no concern about what happens and damaged gave you I even send them a picture of my feet. And 1 of their personnel was discrimate me and Laughing what happens to I have all the email. From them. Hope this people accept that their product is NOT a Good product instead of insulting BUYERS.Review from Beth T

ZERO stars. I so wish I would have checked this site first. Shoes.com is a complete scam, do not order from them. I ordered 2 pair of Birkenstocks, returned both as they did not fit and they are stating they did not receive them and refuse to refund. Now I'm out $160 and no shoes. Their customer service is the most rude I have ever dealt with, completely condescending and the rep said that his supervisor reviewed his emails and approved them (so obviously management is an issue also). I am taking this everywhere I can so that others don't make the same mistake.Review from tuly b

worst experience in 2022 this company is a piece of garbage i have made 3 orders in total with them the first order was ok second order i have ordered a small size for some reason it checked out 3 sizes bigger their site ***** and its a all deal to ship back i sent them email before shipped outto cancel they refused to do so than now i ordered again a shoe and i got 3 sizes bigger their phone doesnt work i opened it for a special occasion that i had and i realized its too big now when trying to return it gives me a error stay away they are a s*** of a company take my word their expiration of their business is soon they are not gonna be in business in a year 2Review from James B

I wish I could give 0 stars on the review. After placing an order for $180 boots that were listed "in stock" the company cancelled the order 2 days later without explanation. After contacting customer service, various explanations were given about why an order might be cancelled, without addressing my specific order. I was invited to reorder with a coupon. After reordering, the company again charged my account. After 2 weeks, still no shipment. I contacted customer service again (through email as they apparently shut down their call in phone number) they gave various reasons as to why my order may be delayed, without addressing my specific order. After 3 weeks the company again cancelled my order without explanation, even though the website still says this item is in stock. Waste of time and energy.Review from gladys g

Their **************** is a joke LOL! omg iwould rate zero if that was an option. their site is laggy af, even when you filter out to a specific size, it would still show you items that dont have that size. It seems like they dont fix this intentionally, so customers default to a wrong size, and not notice it until they get the confirmation email. and guess what, YOU CANT CANCEL LOL! I emailed like less than 20 mins after placing the order, because no one is available to take the calls per their Voicemail. the rep was sooo rude, so uncaring, unbelievable that this company is still in business. she said she cant cancel because it is already in process (15 mins after placing) but she would sent a request at the *** save your money and use Zappos or Famous. TRUST ME, the savings are not worth the headaches!Review from Wilma F

I recently purchased a pair of shoes from Shoes.com. They were too big so I tried to U/iniate a return but was told they had a problem with their return software and referred me to another method which didn't work. **************** was just a message that they couldn't take returns.Review from Tommy S

I have went to extreme to get my refund back from this company I sent my shoes back they keep claiming they sent my refund and it's not true I'm escalating this matter because I feel like its important for others to know they want answer the phone it goes directly to a answering machine I've read tremendous amounts of complaints about shoes.com from a lot of previous customers I need my refund to get resolved immediately and I will keep you informedReview from Jessica J

This company is the biggest scam Ive ever seen. I ordered a pair of shoes, and immediately got an email confirmation for the wrong size. I then turned around and emailed customer service immediately asking that they correct the error. I received an email back the next day from ***** in customer service that stated she would be checking with the vendor to correct that and getting back with me. Fast forward a week later, with no communication, I receive a shipping confirmation for the wrong size. I reached out again via email (their phone lines are not working right now), and never heard back. Once I got the shoes in (3 sizes too small) I once again reached out that they needed to correct this, as I would not be repaying a stocking fee. The online email I got back was a generic return your shoes here, with no other help as to getting the CORRECT size. I have since processed the return, and emailed, ******** messaged, called, and have had ZERO commutation back. I will be calling my bank tomorrow. This company is a scam, and I have no clue how they are still in business.
