              So I order a their custom photo cakes they do. I order this cake on 4/10/24 to be picked up on today, 4/13/24 and they didnt even have the cake ready nor seemed to even know there was an order. As my husband went to go get the cake they gave him the run around saying they are looking for it but decided to just grab a random cake and scan it as if it was the cake I order which it wasnt. I order a Ice cream cake with a photo of woody and buzz lighter with blue icing to surround it with Cookie Monster ice cream with chocolate cake layer and the cake I got was a basic brown cookies and cream. Nothing of what I ordered for. This was 3 days in advance 72 hrs. I want my money back I paid $57.77 and the cake I got wasnt worth almost $60. This is extremely unacceptable. Order# *******

              In order to use my gift card balance on my app, I must add money instead of paying remaining balance with my other payment method. This feels like a scam to force customers to purchase more gift cards. It is inefficient and unethical. The card was a gift and the remaining balance that I cannot use is only $2.96. It is not like I am losing a large amount. I am taking the time to file this review because it feels like ************* is taking advantage of its customers.
