Hillcrest Inn Resort is a 48 unit hotel-motel complex including nine timeshared apartments and an indoor pool. The Inn offers studio, units, and one and two bedroom apartments. There is a two night requirement for a studio unit and a three night minimum for an apartment. The Condominium Associations were incorporated in Maine in 1986. The Resort is comprised of three entities: Hillcrest Condominium Association, in Ogunquit which has 18 apartments and Mr. Lawrence Fortin is the President; Hillcrest Studio Condominium Association, 12 Studio units in York; Northern Lites Condominium Association, 15 Studio units and 3 residential condos (Painted Lady Building) in York and Mr. Bill Papa is the President. Ms. Julie Goddard is the Rental Manager for the whole complex. Northern Lites is managed by Edgewood Property Management Company, PO Box 145, Ogunquit, ME 03907. The other two Associations are managed by Ms. Julie Goddard and any questions or problems should be directed to her attention.
