The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. The business states that if the reservation is cancelled within 60 days of the arrival date, the 50% deposit is forfeited.             Attached is the email thread between myself and the company as well as pictures of the disgusting green pool for the entire ********************* weekend that we were at the property. The company has decided to stop responding, which has forced me to pivot from trying to resolve directly with them and file a formal complaint. Please let me know if any further information is needed. They sent a check for $400 which is still $649.23 short of the minimum amount they should be refunding me for this egregious experience for my family and I.
