The complainant verified the issue was resolved to their satisfaction.

I enrolled for classes on 08/26/2022. My credit card was charged $2,947.50. I emailed 08/29/2022 to inform **** that due to my recently purchased home needing more renovations than anticipated, I wouldnt be able to afford the classes. My receipt says refunds can be requested up to 7 days after purchase. No one has answered me besides ***** *******. As soon as I requested cancellation I started receiving notices of classes to schedule, notices of equipment being shipped, all AFTER Id requested cancellation. *** Levine, *******************, ************************ and ***** have all been emailed requesting my refund. I had no choice but dispute the charges with my credit card company. This is no way to do busimess. ,

I began searching for a program that would start a career for me that I wanted to pursue. I found Such A Voice and learned what the Voice Over Industry truly was. I knew this was the career I wanted to dive into and Such A Voice provided me with the infinite resources and unlimited motivation to do so. The Technique Coaching, Home Studio Advisories, and Demo Production were all organized and managed wonderfully. **************** was my technique coach and he has taught me to trust my journey, use my voice, and has been a foundational part of my Voice Over Career. Booth D. is my VPE and he has provided me insight on many questions Ive had and always proves to me why Such A Voice will always have your back. It has been a marvelous journey so far and I am forever thankful to the amazing people who have and still support their upcoming talent at Such A Voice and the outstanding program that it is. If Voice Over is a career youre looking to pursue then try out Such A Voice. It is an investment, but one that youll never regret and that can fund your future if youre willing to go for it!
