              I pay for a carport cover at ***************************, ($100 per month). For the past month, the light above my carport has been out, which defeats the point of it which is safety. Due to my work schedule I leave early and come home late. I also have complained about illegal activity and known, violent criminals being in the building. I have asked for some sort of concession as part of an amenity that I pay for has not been in use, despite me making 3 maintenance requests. They are also paving the parking lot for multiple days at the beginning of the month and I am unable to park in the spot that I pay for during that time. I am so unhappy with the service here. I have given my notice and am moving out at the end of the month.

              Horrible management company. Rented and apartment and had scary interactions with the neighbors for 8 months. Police were involved and I left several messages for Corcoran when the apartment complex itself wasnt helping. I was forced to move out for my own safety when an unstable neighbor entered my apartment. Now they have sent me to collections and put me on a do not rent list. Horrible experience!
