I had my driveway ripped up and repaved last year. I had several large puddles of water. Model Paving came out after several calls. The guy finally came out cut all the spots that had water puddles and repaved. It was a mess. I mean it looked horrible. He said he would sealcoat (not knowing you are not suppose to sealcoat for a year). He said it would hide the discolorations and the pavement higher then other parts in the driveway. So after months of going back and forth the owner came out and we sign another contract that I would get a new driveway in april and May. After calling and going back and forth they finally came out and torn up the driveway. The next day no on showed to finish the job. I called the owner from my phone she didnt pick up I also texted her and I did hear back. I had to call from another # she pick up and told me her worker quit and she would get her cousin to finish which she had no date for this. I received a call the next day saying her worker will finished my driveway and then he is done. I was not comfortable him coming out. but I had no choice I had a dirt driveway. Now I have some many problems it's only been 2 months since a new driveway been done. I call and complained and sent texts, pics and video of the driveway. The owner's cousin contacted me and said he was handling everything for ***** who is the owner. Well it's been a struggle contacting ****** now. I had to call from a number he did not know for him to pick up the phone. He promised me he would send someone out to see how they would fix all the problems. I received a call and he said he had no one to send out. I then ced the owner twice and still have not heard a word. I would say be careful using this company all broken promises. What ever happen to customer service and doing the right thing. This company sure has not. I am hoping it will be resolved. I am still waiting for a call or text back. ****** also been out twice and promised to fix.

Do not hire this company. Had our driveway repaved and it flooded as soon as it rained. They don't stand behind their work. Have strung us on for over a year saying they will fix it and never show when they say they will.

Well two years after install holes and cracks appeared, followed by 9 months of empty promises by the ******* (not his fault as he was not here for my install but hes the face nonetheless) who has now quit allegedly due too the company going bankrupt. I wouldnt hire these clowns to collect my mail. I would leave negative stars if i could.

Spent $5000 (cash) in May 2020, by Dec 15, 2020, I was already messaging the rep about cracks in my driveway, April 2021 is when I finally received a text back, pretty much got put i. The backburner because why would they stop making money to come repair something that isnt making them money, so here I am today, posting this after calling the main #, Was told I would be handled as soon as the plants opened back up., To my surprise, on ********* people are already posting about the good work this company did, ok sooo, the plants are opened for them but not my repairs.. they did an ok job here but for 6/7 months later, seeing cracks is not what I would expect!! Would not recommend and am now looking to hire a lawyer or legal aid to guide me towards what my rights are!!!Have tried calling numerous times.. they are impossible to get a hold of at the main #

Had a little communication problem but end result was a great looking driveway...would definitely recommend ***** and the crew..

At the time of service (October 2019) they were slow at responding to come out and do the job. Which should have been a red flag. But they were friendly and once they did the job it looked good and was done quickly. Our neighbors got their driveway done at the same time. My husband has a work van so he asked that they go in extra thick on our driveway so it's nice and sturdy. The following May (so only 7 months later) both our driveway and our neighbors driveway had soft spots and divets in places. We reached out for them to come take a look and after many attempts they claimed that they would. They never did. My husband and i have both reached out prior to winter and again after winter, PRE paving season, so they can take a look to assess damages and repairs (that shouldn't be necessary this soon but they are) especially considering there is an actual hole in our walkway) and they blow us off every single time..it's unacceptable.
