            I paid ****** June of 2022 for a 1 year service contract that includes a free boiler cleaning. I am 9 months into the contract I asked for the cleaning and was told that it was canceled. If I have a 1 year contract why did the cancel after 9 months if I have a 1 year contract.. The way the contract reads I would have 1 year to use 200 gallons. I was never told when I would have to use 200 gallons during the year. I cannot get answers to these questions.I am requesting a copy of my service contract I have asked a few times ? Why was the service contract canceled? -- I was never notified that It would be canceled Why ? --I was never notified that it was cancelled Why ?Is the service contact a 1 year contract ? -What amount of oil do I have to use within the contract period to keep the contact open ?

            Daily prices have been nearly 1$ per gallon above average area oil companies. The closest competitor nearby is still 60 cents per gallon less than what Dupuis charges. During a time of economic hardship and when oil prices are around their highest it seems unethical to ***** to this degree. I understand its a full service company but I paid a separate charge for the service plan. I have been told by your representatives that lower price companies use additives to help achieve lower costs and this leads to problems with heating systems but in my years with this system I have only had to call for service while using Dupuis oil. Furthermore I received no alert once cap prices were available. I called before and was told they were not yet available. I am in the middle of my second year of a service plan and would expect to have been notified since Im under this agreement. Do not plan to renew unless changes happen.

            Oil prices are all over the place do to market fluctuation and we are constantly trying to monitor and make adjustments. We are a full service oil company with very competitive prices and highly qualified service technicians providing 24/7 365 service. When comparing with other full service companies, not cash on delivery companies and when looking at the ********** oil price averages we feel our prices have been more than fair. Cap plans for customers were delayed this year (again due to market) but we did make them available upon customer request before the start of the heating season.
