Great language on their website "We treat every customer with respect, and operate on the principles of honesty and integrity at all times, which means you're working with people who are putting your needs first." TOO BAD IT ISN'T TRUE. This dealership harbors dishonesty, unresponsiveness and unprofessional behavior and it is condoned.Review from A. G.

I am only giving one start because I cannot give 0. This business is HORRENDOUS at customer service and communication. They are highly unprofessional and incredibly difficult to deal with. Not only did it take me months to get my car, but I had to constantly reach out for updates and information. Following this, they made promises to right their wrongs in the form of paying for oil changes, and when I submitted receipts, it again took months to hear from them. I still have not been compensated, and have reached out countless times - even including the manager. I highly recommend refraining from doing any sort of business with this company. I have never written a negative review about any company or product until now, because I am beyond frustrated, as well as completely shocked about how little this company cares about its customers. My vehicle has been with Mirak Chevrolet Service for approximately a month.The service department has not returned one of my phone call seeking status reports on my car during that time. On the rare occasion that I am able to reach a service representative they are responsive. The only time they have called me is when they are seeking authorization for more work.The repair that is holding up the return of my car is the failure of a part that is under warranty. Mirak is not providing a loaner car despite the fact that the part failure is the company's responsibility (warrantied part) and we purchased the car at this dealership.Customer Response

I continued to call and leave messages and spoke to an operator who assured me that she would personally contact the service department to ensure I was called by the end of the day.I have still not been called by Mirak Chevrolet Service.I have called and emailed the site manager and have not received a reply.Mirak Chevrolet-Hyundai Response

Very sorry to hear that you are unable to reach anyone here. We have dedicated client care reps here from open to close daily so please let us know what #s you are using. I have asked **** who runs our service operation *************) to reach out to you directly to address your concerns. We are always willing to provide substitute transportation to our cleints when available, but with warranty issues it becomes up to GM to determine if they will cover the cost or if it is the client;s responsibility. I believe the issue here is caused by a national back order which we are also at GMs mercy on. I have forwarded your concerns on to them in addition to our service leadership here at Mirak, and will have you back in your vehcile as soon as possible.Review from Kirstin C

I bought a 2017 ******* Santa Fe in November 2020. My last car was totalled and I neeed to get into a good car fast. Had bought from them before so went back. Not even a year after having this car the paint started peeling in multiple locations for no reason. I brought it in to have a claim filed and was told it would be submitted in October of 2021. I called the service manager **** multiple times since then and it is now January 24, 2022, and he has not returned one call from me. I was finally told by a man named ****** in collision, the claim was submitted for the paint and a loaner car, but they won't provide a loaner. Since I run a business and am now being told that they will only fix the paint on my hood and no where else and they will not cover a loaner. If you ****** 2017 Snata ***************, everything that pops up is about the paint jobs having problems, and this was not disclosed to me when I bought the car and now they are saying they will fix the hood but I am responsible to pay $500 to get a rental for a week.Extremely poor customer service here, I will never do business with this company again. I am now left with the choice to take work off for a week and get my car fixed or drop $500 dollars on a rental so I can work and get my car fixed. Extremely disappointed with Mirak. Called corporate and they said I need to speak with the supervisor or the dealership, **** yet he won't return a call. Absolutely ABYSMAL customer service. No return calls, had the vehicle for over a month, no loaner, RUDE responses in service department. Car is 2017 with less than ****** miles and on its 3rd engine!!!! Terrible experience.Mirak Chevrolet-Hyundai Response

The background:On Friday June 4th, my wife brought our 2018 *********** into Mirak Chevrolet on ******** in ********* for some work. Some of the work being performed was covered under an extended warranty we bought from the dealership when we bought the car. The rest I was going to pay out-of-pocket.Couple days go by and I call for a status update. Mirak said theyre waiting to hear back from the warranty company to find out what was covered before performing the work. I thought that was a little strange; that they wouldnt just perform the work and move the car out of their shop. But whatever.Wednesday, June 9, the work is completed and theyre clear on what is covered under the warranty. $1000 is due from me, and $1600 is due from the warranty company. I go in to pick up my car and pay what was due out-of-pocket, and they tell me they cant release the car until theyve been paid by the warranty company. Theyre going to hold my $60,000 car until theyve been paid $1600 from the insurance company; something which I have no control over. They tell me this is standard business practice. How is that possible? I signed no paperwork saying they could do this, they just decided they were going to hold my car as collateral until they got paid. Needless to say, after a heated conversation I paid the full amount and have filed the claim myself.This kind of business practice, especially from a business in such a high profile location as *********** in *********, is deceitful. I would even go so far as to say that this is a fraudulent business practice.
