Purchased a CPO Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealership as a first time customer because the car was in good condition and competitively priced. However, I will NEVER return to this dealership again, and caution other potential customers. Once the sale was completed, experienced several issues in the dealership following through on responsibilities (obtaining registration in a timely fashion, getting reimbursement for inspection sticker, providing the 2nd key fob, fixing a warranty issue within 3 months). Worst of all, the new set of tires put on the vehicle by the dealership before being offered for sale were wrong, with a load rating below what is set by the manufacturer and listed in the owners manual, which is a serious safety issue due to risk of potential tire failure. Due to this error by the dealership, I had to purchase a completely new set of appropriate tires months later (over $1100 out of pocket). When I contacted the dealer directly about this issue, I was ignored. Consider elsewhere to potentially save yourself frustration, disappointment and wasted time.

I bought a 2021 Jeep grand cherokee L from Kelly *********************** (customer service was great when buying the car) I've had the car for less than 1 year and I started it one day and EVERY SINGLE LIGHT was on on the dash and my steering column was locked. I had to have it towed to Jeep(on a Monday). They have had my car for over 2 weeks now and I have not recieved 1 single phone call. I called (on a Friday) for an update after them having it for 1 week and received a TEXT message back saying "they hope to look at it by next Wednesday". Wednesday came and went with no phone call. I gave them a few days extra before calling yesterday which was a Monday around 9:30am I was told no one was available for me to talk to, l left my name and number, called back at 5:30 because I never received a phone call. The front desk women gave me a sarcastic attitude, I asked to speak to a manager, was transfered 4 times before another front desk woman said no one was available to speak to me and asked for my name and number for someone to call me back. Here I am 24 hours later with no call back. They have had my car for over 2 weeks and haven't even looked at it, no communication, no loaner, no updates, no end in sight.

I traded my lease in 6 months early, after being pursued by the dealership for their inventory. I had my new Lease for approximately 2 weeks before having no 4 wheel drive. It has been in the service department since. It has been two months. I still do not have it in my possession, nor is the problem fixed. Communication is definitely lacking in the service department. There have been essentially no updates unless I seek out answers. ********************************* *** is aware of the situation. There does not seem to be any urgency in the matter. I have zero confidence in Jelly Jeep at this point. I am a repeat customer at ********************** Jeep. This is the second lease and second terrible experience with the service department. I will ne er lease from this dealership again, nor would I recommend it to anyone.
