    Bought a ******************* 2019 with ***** miles the car was still under warranty until 2022 manufacturers warranty I then put an extended 7 year 100 000 mile warranty for **** dollars went to service my car they told me that the warranty was up now the wraparound extended was supposed to be for 7 years ******* miles  after the manufacture was up now the one that I purchased should kick in they then tried to give me warranty 3 years ***** miles with 100 dollar deductible I said no I want wat I paid for 7 years or 100 000 miles my wife went to service my car then was charged 4 hundred dollars  more  told them that I shouldn't pay for service I did pay u so now I'm stuck paying to fix my car with  that's under warranty that we purchased should be all ready paid for

    I have had a difficult experience trying to obtain my title from this dealership as I was looking to purchase my lease through them. ********************************* when I initially inquired in March 2023 when I asked about my options stated that going through the dealership would make for a much easier process. Well I found out months later through today with a lot of run around to the point where I had to have Honda financial contact her directly at the end of August in order for her to answer my questions/answer call with a different answer beside to keep extending my lease. When Honda Financial and I were able to get a hold of her, she stated they had the title at one point then misplaced it then told me they send it back to Honda financial which they never received. They also had a duplicate title issued due to this dealership that I have yet to receive or have an answer back since September. She also kept advising me to extend my lease until they received the title which went on until September until I finally decided to do everything on my own after incurring fees in order to do this. Overall my experience has not been great and still havent received a call back regarding my title from ********* and another representative that said he would get back to me a week or so ago. I tried calling again was transferred 3 times to a line that just keeps ringing. All Im trying to do is obtain my title for my car that has been paid in full for some time as I went through and did the processing on my own after 6 months and now going on 9 months with no real confirmation of anything since trying to work with Honda to close out the sale and obtaining my title. This has been really disappointing how the dealership handles this process and how much time and energy I has be had to spend on the phone with Honda Financial spending close to an hour a month for months trying to extend my lease and explaining the situation in order to keep using my vehicle that I was just trying to purchase.
