They broke a k*** off of my dresser and tried to hide it from me. Instead of telling me about it they used super glue to reattach it and put so much glue on it dripped on my hard wood floors. Accidents happen but what is upsetting is them trying to deceive me. I reached out to customer service and they were dismissive. I do not recommend their services.

Our move was scheduled from ******* ** to ************ ** and paid for at that time. Our deal on the ** fell through, and we were forced to put our house belongings into Eagles storage because our unit was sold. I could be a pro packer because of 27 yrs in the military. I used all new packing boxes and materials and one double crate. I left the furniture and rugs for them to do. About 4 weeks later, we decided to move the items to storage in SC where we have a house. We were surprised to see the boxes taken of the truck battered with holes and dents. 2 boxes had the packing tape partially removed. The expensive living room rug was rolled diagonally causing a point at one end and ***** on the other. You can tell the rug had been dragged somewhere along the way as it was filthy on the bottom 1/3. I have photos, but dont know how to load them here. The double crate with an important painting (39 x 32) was marked fragile everywhere in large, red magic marker. When we found it in the storage unit, it was crushed between bedroom mirrors and a large dresser pushed tightly against the wall resulting in a large crack. We were lucky the glass did not shatter. ***** said he would pay for the glass which he later reneged on. Our grandfather clock was packed by the movers with such harsh treatment the bracket was pulled out of the cabinet. Luckily, ****** ****** ******** walked us through the repair and got it running. Lastly, we paid for a move to ** from MA, and when I asked for a refund, he said the price was the same for ******** ** and beyond (a difference of approx 750 miles to ****** and another 450 miles from SC. After checking w/ a number of movers, none of them ever heard of such a thing! By the way, only 1 item that I packed despite the manhandling was broken. ***** will respond with a song and dance-dont believe him!

This company initially offered a great rate for my move. I accepted. Days later they retracted the first offer, and gave me a new estimate, double the initial estimate. If a company is too incompetent to give a correct quote, I doubt they are competent enough to coordinate something as complicated as an interstate move. I would not hire under any circumstance.
