              I paid $121.26 which includes **** Chase ultimate rewards points 8/31/23 to 9/1/23 When I book the hotel, the hotel booking page does not mention anything regards having no front desk When I arrive at the hotel, there was no front desk, it was pitch black. The email mentioned the keys will be there, which it is not This is deceptive advertising In addition, Front Desk is extremely rude when I called to request a refund as I could not even check into the hotel ********** needs to be shut down

              I sent Booking 7 photos. First, the door lock didn't have anything to latch to. So, I moved the bed to the door so I could feel safe because I was hours away from home and had already paid. That was a mistake because under the bed is dirt and debris. Then the shower stall had a hand sanitizer pump in it and underneath the faucet was so orange from rust like they never, ever cleaned it. They provided no linens. The sink wouldn't drain and the mini fridge had black mold. When I went back to the office, the woman had taken her dog for a walk. Because I had to drive hours to get back home and then be back in the area early the next morning I left and filed a complaint with Booking and sent communication to White Birches. We are at almost 24 hours with no response.
