    I ordered 3 sets of votives from Partylite on January 31 of 2022. The order number is: #**********. When the order arrived it was completely wrong and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER to call. So I wrote a total of three emails and also contacted the person I ordered from and they sent me a return authorization form stating that I can return the items but also have to pay for the shipping and there is not telling if I will receive what I originally ordered or not! They are NOT responding and I am VERY FRUSTRATED that I cannot get what I ordered nor can I reach anyone.

    PartyLite candles had always been the best. I had a good sales rep who gave ********* contact info to reach her if I had any problems. The earlier boxes for the votives and the tealights were very sturdy, well-made, and properly marked with the candle scents for easy reference. NOW I see the boxes don't have a normal opening. I must tear the box apart to get to the votive candles. The boxes are flimsy and often not marked with the candle scent to identify them. Some of the tealights/votives won't burn very long before going out; I find the wick comes loose from the bottom and 'floats' inside the melted wax. Those must be thrown out. The worst part is when I try to contact my PartyLite agent (****) who sells them to me. I found there's literally NO WAY to speak with her personally. I can't even speak with a LIVE PERSON, let alone my own sales/agent. And it takes days to get a response to an online complaint. I looked over the return rules, but they state that PartLite will NOT refund any candles that have been previously lit. They must be completely new candles inside the box they came in. But how am I supposed to do that when I have no way of knowing if they are defective until I open the boxes and try using them? By the time I see they're defective, the deal is done according to PartyLite rules - and that is SO WRONG. PartyLites Return/Refund rules state that I have to pay for all return shipping fees. Good Grief! I'll be paying twice as much for the candles that I need replaced! If I throw them out, Ill be paying for product I could never use. And STILL - I cannot reach a live person. I don't mind paying more for ...1: exceptionally good candles 2: with excellent customer service 3: AND from a reputable company PartyLite is now striking out on two of those three things that I always loved about the company.
