              I placed an order with King ******************** Flour in early March. A couple days later I received an email it had been shipped. However, since then it has moved back and forth from state to state. It was in MS on the 27th of March and it says it is there again today. Yet, it said last week it would be delivered on April 2, which it wasn't. I have called customer service three times - once I talked with someone who helped - the other two just told me to wait long and call back - the last one said they weren't giving me a refund unless I sent the items back WHICH I DO NOT HAVE. I want this resolved. I do not want to deal with the ********* from customer service.Order #: ********* Placed on: 03/14/2022

              They are racist. If youre white, youre excluded from baking competitions. And when you try to ask them about it on their social media, they just flat out block you. Racist cowards.
