Refund & Exchange Policy: 
The business states the consumers satisfaction is important to us. Simply put, if you are not satisfied with your purchase from Isabelle's Lighting, simply contact Customer Service within 30 days for a Return Authorization Code. If your return is due to an Isabelle’s Lighting error or a problem with shipping (including damages), we will promptly refund 100% of your money or allow for an exchange. You pay nothing more.

Returns made for any other reason need to be shipped back via a pre-paid trackable shipping service after an authorization code is issued, and are subject to a customary 15% restocking charge, as products must be carefully inspected and repackaged in the warehouse. However, if you plan on any future purchase in exchange for your return, we will gladly give you a 100% in-store credit towards your next purchase. Credits not fully used after 6 months will be automatically refunded less 15% of the amount of the returned items.

Lamp shades, light bulbs, replacement glass, ceiling fan downrods, fixture accessories, fittings and parts, custom-made, clearance items, and any items purchased for stock or inventory are non-returnable / non-refundable.

The business processes your order the same day it is received, it is common to have your order ship the same day.

In the event that you would like to cancel your order, the business needs to confirm with our vendor warehouse that your order has not been shipped. Once the business has to confirm that your order has been canceled, the business will issue your refund.

If the business is unable to cancel your order, if it has already been shipped, please do not refuse the shipment as this could result in restocking fees being assessed. Please instead contact Customer Service for return instructions.
