            Hi, I purchased a greenery upgrade last year. I have been asking for a repair to the grassy area for over a year. I have kept a copy of all the correspondence going back to shortly after the upgrade. . I have supplied photos, have had multiple onsite and email discussions requesting a remedy with the operations manager. Recently I included photos in an email to the operations manager and the owner. All to no avail. I regret having to issue this complaint but the request for repairs seems to fall on deaf ears. The Operations manger went so far to claim I did not have proper irrigation. I suppose he overlooked congratulating me on my attendance to independently watering the greenery routinely. It is worth noting all of the surrounding greenery is plush, a testament to my diligence to greenery upkeep. have the text message from the operations manager applauding my diligence.

            Landscape America is consistently driving their trucks down posted no thru trucking roads. I have called **** and ***** who assure me they would avoid my road, but have ignored the situation and continue to disobey the posted signs.
