              I contacted Sackett and Brake through an email I found on their website after running an online search for surveying companies. I received a response in a timely manner which indicated that my request for service had been forwarded to their Foxcroft-Dover office which was closer to the area I was looking to get serviced. I was told that ***** ******** would be contacting me via email. ***** never contacted me from the Foxcroft-Dover office. I waited ten days. I sent an email, after ten days, indicating that I was no longer interested in hiring Sackett and Brake and that they should disregard my request for service and previous emails. They got back to me right away. That didn't feel right. All it would have taken was an email indicating that the request for service was received and that someone would get back to me as soon as possible. I would have waited."
