            1) I require clear written accounting of previous partial refund of overcharges on my auto policy (for the vehicle I disposed of over a year ago)2) The company continues to **** me and debit my bank account despite the fact that I've been guaranteed twice that my policies have been cancelled. Continued billing has caused overdraft fees in my account. I am seeking refund of my overpayment of premiums plus reimbursement of overdraft fees.

            So you pay your premiums on time every year, not really realizing that you are not covered. First off the adjuster was some arrogant person from **************, who from the moment he walked in said it would be a fight with my condo association who should pay for it. In a severe rain storm, the wall above my slider was saturated because of water coming in from the outside. Providence and this ?? of an adjuster claim they are not responsible because they don't see damage outside only inside. This is why people feel like they do about insurance companies, so they have left me to deal with fixing the damage and the payment due to the company I had to call with fans to at least save my floor. I am sitting here beside myself wanting people to know just how HORRIBLE, heartless these people are. The woman found such pleasure in telling me as well. I want to expose this company and I'm not stopping here.
