            Electric Insurance and RotoRooter have fraudulently processed a home insurance claim in my name. No one return my calls. My house repairs are incomplete after 7 weeks. My belongings are crammed into a pod in my back yard (mildew soiled clothing and clean clothing combined). They ran 4-6 blowers for 4 weeks and caused my electric bill to skyrocket! The original reason I called RotoRooter was to get an estimate for a sewer drain installation. It seemed as if they were helping me and the insurance company too. My grandkids cant visit because my house is a hazard ?? no one offered me hotel accommodations I guess because my demographic location. (I can just toughen it out). My basement IS STILL FULL OF WATER..and NOW THE INSURANCE COMPANY ISNT FINISHING THE NECESSARY REAPAIRS!! I have the pictures to prove that my house is incomplete and you can swim in my basement. The insurance company made me make a $230 (est) repair to my furnace (out of my mortgage payment payment for next month) and I thought that I was getting reimbursed for. I cant afford to take these losses because these pack of wolves out of *******(RotoRooter) hustled me. How can they?? With a reputable name!!! My son and I called ***************************** (initial RotoRooter rep.) to ask about the claim received from the insurance company and he said that he NO LONGER WORKS FOR ROTOROOTER!!!! How convenient???? Please help me and my family. I dont have ANY INCOME. I cant come back if everyone steals from me. Are there any good businesses left in the world?             Terrible Company, unresponsive. We were hit by their insured. Their insured was arrested for the damages to my vehicle. It took them 30 days for them to admit fault and pay the insurance claim. A rental car was authorized, the rental agency they approved didnt have any cars in inventory. We drove an hour to pick up a reserved car that wasnt there. I sent an email and phone message to both people handling my claim, no response. Not only is my car wrecked by their client, we have no replacement vehicle. Our car was hit on 11/30/23, still no rental.

            On December 6, 2023, *********************************** reported the claim to our first notice of loss vendor indicating that on November 30, 2023, the 2019 GMC ****** listed on our policy had rear ended her vehicle and left the scene.    We immediately attempted contact with our insured and was advised they were unaware of the loss, but indicated their grandson, *******************, had the vehicle but could not verify what took place.  We contacted ******************* who denied being involved in the loss and advised his mother was the operator of the vehicle.  We then contacted *********************************** to obtain her statement and to see if she could provide a description of the driver of our vehicle.  ************************ advised that she was rear ended, and the other vehicle fled the scene, and that she could not describe the driver.  We advised ************************ that our investigation was ongoing and at this time we were not able to make any payments or establish a rental as it was unclear who the operator of our vehicle was and needed to confirm coverage for the loss.   We hired an independent investigator to assist with our investigation.  ********** report was received on January 4, ****, and it listed *********************** age 39 as the driver.  The *********************** listed on our policy is 84, with a different drivers license number than that listed on the police report.   We ran the drivers license number listed on the police report and it came back to *******************, our insureds grandson. At this time, we contacted ************************ to advise we had accepted coverage and liability and a rental authorization was established with Hertz.  On January 6,****, the customer indicated ***** did not have any vehicles available so we escalated to a Hertz supervisor who confirmed they would have a vehicle available for ************************ and she arranged to pick it up January 20,****.  We understand Ms. *********** frustration; however, we had a duty to confirm the facts of the loss to ensure coverage would apply for this loss.  At this time, we consider this matter to be resolved.
