            My Jewelry was sent to them without grinder marks they have damaged rings you will see in photo they did not notify me about what they were doing with jewelry that's why they took there time about getting them back to me and first offered ****** then ****** then I had to call several times to get rings sent back after I declined offer

            My items were lost and I was told they would be insured. I have spent months back and forth with them and still nothing. I think they are scam artists. I would never send anything to them. They repeatedly told me different stories on when this would be resolved. I am still waiting and nothing going on three months even though they know ***** picked up the package. This company has ripped me off and they have no concern about it. The customer service people are rude and uncaring.
