We paid Bay State generator $395.00 for a service contract that was to include two maintenance services. The contract was affective 3/25/21. They came and did the first service in March. We asked them to come and do the second service in October before the winter and he said we were on the list for October. They never came in October. We lost power the end of October for a few days. We called again because we ran it for so long. He assured us he would come. We have left numerous voice messages for him and NO call back. It is now the end of December. I had to lie in a voice mail to get him to call me back and it took two days still. I told him it was smoking. When he was so rude to me I told him want to be reimbursed for half of the money. He told me he would not. The other problem is we have mice continually getting into the casing and nesting. They found this when they did the service in March. He was supposed to get me panels that Kholer supplies and he has been telling me for all these months they Kholer doesn't have them yet. However when I called another generator company they have them. He is has not provided the service he was contracted to.
