      Couch I ordered for my business on April 10, STILL has not been picked up by carrier. The most " customer service" I can get is an email that says I have to wait 10 days for an " update". What?! They can't pick up the phone or email carrier and ask why my delivery has not been picked up? My scheduled delivery and date range for delivery has come and gone. I literally cant open my business without a couch so have to buy something local to suffice. Don't be fooled by the endless circle of " customer no-service" that does nothing but send canned emails and responses. This will be the first and last time I order anything from this company. The fact that they have an A+ rating makes me wonder about the credibility of BBB.

      Purchased several items from Wayfair recently. Although we have no problem with the products themselves ALL but two items were shipped to our OLD Address. When my wife ordered on her iPad in Her Name WITH our current address, the items Magically changed Shipping to My Name and our OLD address. Twice I called their customer service to check the shipping *********** STILL had it wrong. This should never have happened and They made me feel like I was the one to blame for their mistakes. Nothing but a headache to retrieve our wrongly shipped items. We will NEVER EVER Again buy from this ***************** Beware Wayfair. Buy Elsewhere.

      They are false advertising. I purchased some sofas that were on sale for 54% off. Order number #********** and they cancelled it twice stating that the item has been discontinued and it takes a while to be removed from the website. A week later the price goes up to 269 instead of the 188 that it was originally on sale for. Long story short they tell the customer whatever we want to hear and thats not cool. I will never purchase anything else from Wayfair. I go on their website just to see if its been removed and of course its still up there. I would rather spend my money elsewhere.

      I had made several purchases using my Wayfair card and had about $50.00 in reward points.When I tried to use my Wayfair card a year later, I was told that my card had been cancelled due to inactivity! I was never notified about this. I was told I would have to apply for a new card and my reward points would NOT transfer! I lost all my reward points! Instead, Wayfair offered me a promo code for 10% off one item and when I tried to use the promo code, it wouldn't go thru!

      They gave me a 4 hour delivery window. Then they confirmed it. Twice. I canceled two meetings, made arrangements for someone to pick up my son from school and missed my son's ballgame in order to stay home to receive the item. Nobody showed up, nobody called. I waited an hour and a half after the delivery window to call them and was told they were very sorry, but the item was never even available for delivery and it shouldn't have been scheduled. Of course, I was furious. The representative said she didn't have any authority to provide any help and she would have someone reach out. Three days later, I hear from ****** in customer service. He said he heard I had questions about my delivery and asked what I needed, even though he was well aware of what had happened. I asked him given the situation and the way things had been handled, what he felt like an appropriate solution would be. He responded, never mentioning the status of my order or when it would actually be delivered. He offered a 10% discount on my NEXT order. It was completely unreal and almost laughable. Not once did anyone acknowledge the utter failure of their organizaton to execute a simple order and delivery. I canceled the order of course. This company is terrible in every way.

      Wayfair just screwed us out of the hotub we ordered, which was advertised in stock, although it was not. Wayfair gave us promotion codes to use on the spa, reducing the cost by over $1300 for our "inconvenience". We called over 2 dozen times over 2 months, receiving a different answer each time. Our delivery date was Aug 2, so when that date came went, we called. We were told the spa was "on the loading dock, about to ship" We waited a few days then called again, this time we were told the hot tub would ship out in June. Called Saturday for an update, we were told we would have a resolution by 4/16, yesterday our entire order was cancelled. We have every call recorded. When we inquired as to why the order was canceled, Wayfair blamed the manufacturer (Bueno Spas) so we called the manufacturer. Wayfair lied, ***** had our spa in stock and told us Wayfair did not have them in stock when we placed the order, despite the 16+ times we were told it was, "In stock and about to ship". We called Wayfair back to inform them that our cancellation reason was a lie, and the supervisor we spoke to ****** (we have all telephone correspondence recorded for legal purposes) said that she was unable to provide a reason and also unable, or should I say unwilling to provide us with the same promotions/price we had been offered due to the amount of stress it took to simply get to a place where we were lied to once again. Wayfair cancelled the order because they were taking a loss, whichthe sales representative admitted it on a recorded line. Terrible company with no ethics or concern for the customer. Each representative & supervisor lies in order to appease the customer during the phone call, and they often dont bother to record their notes which is inconvenient when you have to call 16 times in order to get a resolution. The company is complete trash and everyone that works there is a manipulative, gaslighting liar who does not know how to do their job in an ethical manner.

      They are the worst, Buyer beware. I placed an order on April 5th of two wingback chair and received a delivery date of April 10. I called on the 10th to check status. Then they changed the delivery date to April 15-April 23, well its now April 16th and I still have not received my package. I called on April 15th to request a refund and was told that there would be a $175.00 shipment fee, when I try to dispute the charge and cancel order I was told that I should wait to receive the package and find a way to ship them back myself. When I told them because of my medical condition I am unable to lift or carry anything and was still told that once I get the package find a way to send them back and I would have to pay. Why should I have to pay for a package that I have not received and is no longer interested in purchasing? technically the associate deceived me to keep me from canceling my order by telling me my order would be delivered on April 10th. Please tell me how that's fair? I have been a long- time customer and I will no longer be purchasing anything else from them. They dont deserve my money when they dont know how to treat their customers.

      Purchased 3 sets of charcoal luxury towels 6 months ago Another 2 sets of beige for guest bathrooms The charcoal towels are literally coming apart I was told by one representative that the return window is no longer available. I explain to her that they are falling apart, and I have several sets in my guest bathroom that are hardly used for fear those would start falling apart, but my main concern is getting a replacement for my charcoal towels.Two phone calls, and both representative said theres nothing they can do. Im sorry I gave away my ********************* Target towels that I had had for 13 years that were in great condition. I just needed a change in color due to bathroom remodel..

      Received a broken vanity. Very unsatisfied with delivery fed ex is the worst. Tossing boxes around like who cares if it says fragile. Now wayfair wants me to send them pictures and part numbers of broken items. I dont even want to finish opening the box. Theres all this glass just falling out everywhere. I wish I would have read all these reviews before I decided to purchase anything. I cant even imagine what the other items will look like. I havent even bothered to open the other 2 things I purchased. They really should be replacing the full vanity not just the parts that came in broken. They can take everything back if they like. After this I dont even want any furniture from them.

      I recently had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at **********************. Despite attempting to place an order multiple times for the same item, it was canceled without any explanation not once, not twice, but three times.To make matters worse, when I tried to use a promo code that was originally used for the first canceled order, they refused to honor it. This lack of consistency and refusal to provide adequate support left me frustrated and ultimately forced me to take my business elsewhere.Overall, my experience with Wayfair's customer service was nothing short of horrible. I would caution others to be wary when considering making purchases from this company.
