Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with Duffy Floors. We truly regret that your project did not meet your expectations, as our goal is always to deliver superior quality and service. We take your feedback seriously and are committed to understanding and addressing each point youve raised. At Duffy Floors, we strive for excellence in every aspect of our work, from customer service to the craftsmanship of our flooring projects.
We understand the importance of clear communication which I feel was lacking on both of our parts during the course of the job. We did not have clear guidance from you on stain color and finish sheen from our samples, as you wanted us to match the new rift red oak flooring to the existing antique heart pine floors which is very difficult. I believe that in the end our attempt was fairly close in color and tone. You did call and sent pictures of some areas of the finish bubbling and some board defects that needed filling. We addressed your concerns immediately upon learning of these areas, back in early November. After numerous calls and emails, I received no response from you about your satisfaction of the work performed. We still had a balance due on the project which you neglected to address until late February.
Your feedback is invaluable to us as it helps us to improve and continue providing the high standards of service our clients expect. We believe in continuous improvement and are dedicated to making the necessary adjustments to prevent such issues from occurring. We value the opportunity to rectify any concerns our customers may have and would welcome the chance to discuss how we can better meet your expectations.
