Refund & Exchange Policy: 
East Coast Loyalty requires a 30 day written notice before cancelation of any none agreed contract. If Contract is agreed upon for any set amount of time, full contract agreements must be met unless otherwise negotiated by the owners of ECL. If Contract is not met merchant will be responsible for the remaining balance left on the full contract and must be paid in full 60 days after cancelation. If merchant is on a month to month and cancels without 30 day notice a payment of the set amount of $200 must be paid within 30 days.
