              Evergreen ** called (July 21st) *************************** to ask if a **** pay deduction was ours. We absolutely did not authorize this and later found out we had a malware issue and someone was tracking Ralphs key strokes to remove a total of $19,500 from our account in $1500 increments 13 times before it was caught by E**. We called the ** to ask what could be done and their COO (I believe) said it was our fault for not checking the account. They finally issued a bond insurance payback of $9,500 after we constantly called about this and have since received the rest in restitution from their insurance company and do not want to give us the remaining $10,000.We found a resource from the ************************* in ***** who is bugging them now to do the right thing. They are still not cooperating as of today.***** filed a police report and the report has been issued to a detective.The consumer agent, ******, asked us to contact the Better Business Bureau.

She was coerced into signing a document agreeing to an evaluation, and coerced her into charging what she told was a nominal fee for the evaluation. Instead they charged her around $500 on the Evergreen account and instead of protecting us, this is what Evergreen said..."Good morning *****,I spoke with (ex-wife) yesterday as you know, she told me that she found out after her visit that some of the services that dentist did were covered by her dental plan, and she believes she shouldnt have to pay them. I am sorry she had a bad experience with them, I recommended xxxx file a complaint against the dental office. I understand she may be apprehensive to go to the police, but if you are saying these arent her signature this is now a legal matter.(Ex-wife) did mention reviews, reviews are not something we can use in disputes. At this time this case is closed."
