Very disappointed with this company. I drove an hour to visit their location to place my order in person and make sure that everything was understood. I paid in full and was told that completion would be in two weeks. After 4 weeks, I called to see about the progress of my order. I was told that my order was complete and that delivery was delayed because of an injury to their delivery driver. Two weeks later, I called again and was told that some materials were not available to complete my order. Obviously, their prior statement that my order was complete was untrue. I then discussed the status of the project and what could be done to move it forward. I proposed a solution and an alteration to the order and was told that it was possible. I was encouraged to send an email with a sketch and details of this order change. After doing this, I waited several days and received no response. I called and left a phone message and again received no response. Today, I called again and someone picked up the phone (a rarity) and I was able to cancel my order (placed two months ago). They really need to train their staff not to provide false and misleading information.

We certainly strive to be better. I have looked into what happened and it is true that one of our associates made a mistake and told you that your order was complete when in fact it was not. We work hard to be a customer focused supplier for both our contractor and homeowner customers, and unfortunately we are not immune from mistakes. So, again I apologize and if there is anything I can do to make up for this I would be more than willing to do so. Thank you, ****.
