Ordered a rug on 4/12/22. I reached out via email multiple times between April 2022 and August 2022 and was told that the rug was backordered and that, once it was ready to ship, I'd receive tracking info. My last few emails in August went unanswered and it's been over a year since I placed my initial order. I think it's safe to say I won't be receiving my rug order. Also, the live chat and most of the contact forms on the website are broken. This entire online business is a scam. Don't fall for it!Review from Laura M

They took my money 10 months ago and have not sent my rug. They dont answer calls and never return messages. This business is supposed to be a female-run operation supporting women in business. They are a disgrace to women everywhere. Taking money and never delivering the product is fraud and theft. They should all be in jail for larceny.Review from allison f

I ordered and paid for a rug in December 2021. I still have not received. Despite endless calls and emails...no one has responded since June 2022 when they said rug finally coming in four weeks. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company. Their website says there are an A+ BBB company. THEY ARE NOT!Review from Lea S

I did a rug order with them on January 1, 2023. I waited the 10 days they requested before i checked the status of my order, but to no avail. I tried calling, emailing and even live chatting. No answer, which seems to be the case in alot of the reviews. I even tried cancelling my order and again, the form didn't even come up for me to cancel. I did contact my bank about the cc payment and did find out that the payment didn't even go through, but i will still be watching very carefully. I do have a feeling that the company is no longer in business, as this is no way to run a business! I am sorry i even tried ordering from them.Review from Colleen H

Absolute worst company ever and they have been allowed to just ignore all e-commerce trade customers that ordered from them and not answer any requests on refunds or status of orders. I ordered my rug from this group and have since disputed this charge with my credit card company. They never shipped my rug or offered me a refund. Numerous emails unanswered and no communication, they should not even be allowed to have credit with **** or Mastercard on their business behavior because they have been fraudulent.Review from Emma S

Buyer beware! I ordered a rug and returned it immediately. The rug was received in its original packaging with the order number and everything on it. It was returned June 30th and I've yet to receive a refund for the rug. I have reached out via phone, chat and email and they haven't responded since July 11th. Do not shop with this company. Not at all worth the hassle and lack of humanity.Review from Sandra T

Absolutely disgusted with this business. They accepted orders when they clearly knew they were going out of business. Payment went through as soon as the order was placed. No communication and no way to reach them. Buyer beware! Keep your hard earned money!Review from Leah L

I ordered a rug back in December 2021. Waited months and was told in July I would get a notice of shipping. It never happened. I called left messages, emails. No answer. I went onto the website and it says my order was fulfilled. I never got the rug. Tried to contact them again nothingReview from LQ H

I ordered a rug July 25th and like everyone else on this comment thread cant get an order update or a live person. Have no idea when my rug will be coming. Not worth the couple hundred dollars you might save. Maybe this company is a fraud. Who knows. What i do know is They may have my money. for the moment .but will contact my credit card company card f i dont hear back in two weeks. Terrible terrible way to conduct business.
