              On todays date, I had to pay in full before the vinyl floor was installed that I ordered after the workers were done and they were leaving. They did not finish the job properly, but since I already paid in full and knew the job was not complete I called the business who stated they would get back to me, but they still havent. They left the refrigerator in the living room instead of putting it back in the kitchen. They cut the quarter round molding improperly. They cut the floor around the radiator improperly and they put a 30 inch piece of molding on crooked and cut the floor. ******* also left debris that was not from my job on my driveway. They also removed the 4 inch rubber, kick molding under the cabinets and never replaced it leaving glue and a mess on the bottom base cabinets in the kitchen

              I was so happy when they were able to install my new floor on the date that I had available.They installers were punctual and efficiently downloaded everything from the van and quickly proceeded to remove the carpet.They worked in a methodical and orderly manner and paid attention to details to make sure every inch of the floor came out perfectly. The installers were very courteous and knowledgeable and were able to answer all the questions we had regarding the care of our new floor.I love my new floors, the color and the feel; even the rooms feel cooler like they even seem to have made our A/C more energy efficient since I noticed the rooms are cooler now than when we had the carpet. Kudos to National Floors Direct for fast and quality service from the salesman to the installers. Im very happy with the final product and will contact them again.
