BEWARE. My daughter dropped her class due to poor training/instructing. She became very disengaged and as a result, she is changing her career path. She is an EMT and was going for her cardiac. In addition, American Safety is trying to get her to pay for 75% of the total cost when she only attended 50% of the training classes. When we try to work out a payment plan, I am told they can't provide any information to me (even though my daughter authorized it) and they can't provide any information over email. I've never had such a difficult time trying to PAY a bill. They refer ** to the billing agency, who in return, refers ** back to American Safety. As I said, BEWARE. I wish I could give a negative star as they don't deserve one.

One star is way too much for this poorly run school. I spent thousands of dollars and 14 weeks to receive two certifications in the medical field only to be told employers specifically do not hire graduates from American Safety Programs. This is because the school does not follow the necessary, proper and crucial steps in teaching their students to be fully knowledgeable, prepared or skilled enough to begin working within their certification. I have an *** certification and was never shown how to properly, safely and efficiently perform one. In fact, our class had no instructor for a large portion of the program. When there was an instructor, the instructor, admittedly so, had never performed an *** in their career, yet was teaching the *** course. This is because they could not find a credited teacher. The man running this school and a few other higher *** use intimidation and fear tactics toward their students. Its a disgrace to witness. The entire school is disorganized, understaffed, unqualified and mismanaged. Do not waste your hard earned money. It will prove to be a detriment in finding work once you graduate.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this school, especially the phlebotomy program. We were promised 2 weeks of clinicals at the end of our 8 week class, which never happened I graduated 6 months ago and still nothing. They were always short staffed, didnt have supplies on skills day such as NEEDLES, and GLOVES. Poorly ran! After months of calling and emailing back and forth I got a call saying I needed to complete my class sticks then I would be complete. Fast forward to today I had an interview with a recruiter who specifically stated she could not help me out due to the fact that I didnt do my clinicals. Two major companies said they will not hire students from this school due to us not being fully complete/not having completed clinicals. This is absurd! We are stuck paying for this ******** education and I cant even move forward with the job to receive better pay! This place needs to be shut down and everyone should be rightfully compensated! Shame on you guys for letting this go on for so long. Ive recent heard complaints about this school going back 4 years now! How are they still running?? Years and years of scamming people for their money.

The owner (********************* on ******** from ****************, **) is a bully who needs to take a course on customer service. He is willing to take the money of hard-working people who PAID to rent his crappy-looking cafeteria to host a birthday party. Al negligently informed the lessee of the event space, that she has permission to come in at 7 a.m. to set up for the event but Al FAILED to mention that there is STATE TESTING going on at the same time until after the lessee showed up. Al and his team of bullies proceeded to yell at the lessee and her family who were setting up the event consistently over minor issues like a door and their children being present. He stated that the contract between him and the lessee stated that the event begins at 5, but yet he GAVE PERMISSION to the lessee to come in at 7 am to set up. He threatened to shut down the party over the course of the day, causing the lessee deep emotional stress. This 6'2 300lb man put his hands on 2 women after they started recording his rants for their own safety and protection. He threatened to get them arrested for being "on private property" even though the women were in the space of the venue that was rented out. Avoid this place, avoid renting any space from this man, and avoid his services. Even his own staff said he is rude and unpleasant with everyone. Who knows if he speaks like this to everyone or just vulnerable minority women? Shame on you **, happy birthday as well, I hope you get the year you deserve.

They don't really reply your emails or if you leave a messages they dont call back. Also if someone out or going vacation one of there employees or teacher they won't email you or calls from them. The business sound really fishy.
