              I brought my Specialized eBike for a tuneup to ******** ********* store two weeks ago for a tune-up. I received a call by ******** on 3/14/22 that my bike tuneup was complete and ready for pick-up. I paid $351 for the tuneup. Since I then I have ridden the three times. The ebike is in worse shape now then before I brought it to ********.The disk brakes squeal constantly, the bike was a mess after the tune-up, the drive train was a mess, the chain was not cleaned as was the frame. The updating on the bikes computer was not done properly. There was a red line on the assist control that came went. I brought the bike back to Braintree yesterday and spoke with *******. ******* promised me all problems would fix by Geoff, head machanic. I am not happy with the service I have received by ******** staff.
