Absolutely NO Returns On:
Bicycles: All bicycle and lay-away deposits are non-refundable unless discussedprior to sale and noted on receipt - A 25% restocking fee will apply toany returned bicycle if an exchange cannot be agreed upon. Bikes must bereturned within 7 days and in showroom condition.
Car Racks: Are non-refundable.. Please ask us to help you fit your vehicle with a car rack.
Tools / Indoor Trainers: Are not returnable regardless of condition.
Clothing: There are no returns on padded shorts or undergarments.
Sale Items : Are non-refundable.
Permitted Returns and Return Policies:
Returns made within 7 days with a receipt = refund (except bikes as noted above)
Returns made within 7 days without a receipt = store credit (except bikes as noted above)
Returns made after 7 days and within 30 days = store credit (except bikes as noted above)
No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
All returns must be accompanied by a receipt to receive a refund.
All items must be in original packaging and in new, re-sellable condition.
All clothing returns (excluding padded shorts and undergarments) must be in new, re-sellable condition with hang-tags attached.
Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original sale.
There is a 10-day waiting period for cash refund if a sale was paid by check.
We reserve the right to refuse any return based on merchandise condition.
Ifthere’s a problem with something you purchased from us, you can eitherbring it to our store or ship it back. Ship returns via Ground UPS orinsured US Mail (we do not accept CODs). We will refund shipping costson damaged or incorrect merchandise. Merchandise returned that appearsused will be subject to a restocking fee. (Labor fees are notrefundable, i.e., custom built wheels.)
Returns over $100 musthave a return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of thepackage or the item will be refused. A return authorization number canbe obtained by phone or e-mail.
