              Aspire encourages you to buy products in advance at a discount. I did.I called 3 weeks ago to make an appointment and was told they closed its Peabody location.after that conversations I received an email saying they would work with me to resolve it. I have called every week since then and sent several emails. Each time I was told the manager wasn't avail but she would call me. I called today and was told Aspire was sold to Awaken and they were not responsible for any credits.
