      We dropped off our vehicle Tuesday night. Around 3 pm on Wednesday had not heard a thing so called. Gentleman who answered asked who our service advisor was. We had no idea. Turns out it is *******************************. He says hang on. After 11 m minutes I hung up. Called back little later, was able to speak to ******************************* who said she has a technician looking at the vehicle now and will call me back. She did call back to say part must be ordered so vehicle will be there overnight. Long story short she calls us Thursday around 330. Says car is all set, she can take payment over phone and leave keys above visor. We show up about 615 pm, can not find car anywhere. A gentleman name ***** began to help with the search. After about 15 mins he discovered it is still being worked on and technician said he texted us. Yes, I looked at my phone and saw that he texted us at 619 pm. Says car should be done by 7pm. Disappointed and frustrated I said I have **** PASS please have the vehicle delivered to me tomorrow. 9am Friday ******************************* calls, as if all is well, and says hi I am finishing up your paper work, what time can you come to pick up the car!! I rehash what happened and she says The technician texted you. We will not be delivering your car. What a sweetheart she is.

      I bought this car about a year a go. Several months after the purchase the paint began peeling off around the front windshield. Upon scanning the internet for information I found that this was a problem for 2017 ********** Escapes - A problem they have not been able to, or are unwilling to fix. Since there have been so many complaints it is obvious that they sold me a car they knew had this problem. I have called them several times with no response - I am being ghosted. this will be my last **** ever! I have driven ****s for many years, but if they can't even fix a paint problem then what's going on under the hood? I feel like I have been cheated and that I should be compensated for the painting of my car. If there is anyone else out there with this problem, I would like to know!!!

      i bought my car in today for the airbag recall. i did not arrange a ride the post cards say they could do it mobile they can't also transportation could be arranged it can't. frustrated by all the miscommunications. i said i couldn't wait to do a survey. not once did i say against york, rob got up and rudely said he would not wait on me. walked out of the room and now im driving with airbags that have been recalled. I've never been so humiliated in my life. its a recall and thats no way to treat a customer. I've tried the higher *** and guess what the mailbox is full. customer service is a thing of the past at yord ***** i hope rob sleeps well tonight knowing how rude and disrespectable to a 72 year old grandmother.
